WOZNIAK, Chief Judge.

This is an appeal from a mortgage foreclosure action initiated by appellant State Bank of Hamburg (the Bank) against respondents Richard and Margaret Stoeckmann (Stoeckmanns). The Bank appeals the jury verdict finding it did not possess a valid second mortgage. The Bank claims the trial court's instructions were erroneous, it erred in admitting hearsay testimony, and the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. We affirm...
