Roxanne Klindt's probation was revoked and the trial court imposed a previously stayed 21-month prison sentence. Klindt contends that the prosecution's delay in charging her with the crime constituted a violation of her due process rights and that she is entitled to jail credit for time served on a similar offense committed in another county.
