Plaintiff Frank Cardenas, Jr., (plaintiff) appeals from a judgment of dismissal entered in favor of defendant Eggleston Youth Center (defendant) after defendant's general demurrer to plaintiff's first amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend.1 We affirm.
