Appellant was convicted of armed robbery and assault and battery with intent to kill. We affirm.

When the case was called for trial, appellant's attorney advised the court appellant was not present. He had talked with appellant by telephone the day before and appellant knew his trial was to begin that day, but he may have been confused...
