After a jury trial the defendant was convicted of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a. In his appeal from the judgment he claims the trial court erred: (1) in failing to suppress the identification testimony of a witness for the prosecution; (2) in permitting the state to argue that an adverse inference should be drawn from his failure to call an additional alibi witness; and (3) in denying his motion for mistrial based upon improper argument...
