The defendant, George R. Pipes, d/b/a GRP Systems, appeals a default judgment against him and in favor of plaintiff, Larry G. Ledford, d/b/a Larry G. Ledford and Associates, in the amount of $40,237.88. Defendant contends the judgment was obtained by ill practices and seeks to annul it. We affirm.
