This appeal is from a dissolution judgment and decree, an order denying a new trial, and an amended judgment. Appellant husband claims the trial court abused its discretion in (1) awarding respondent wife permanent spousal maintenance, (2) valuing the parties' marital property, (3) assigning certain marital property and (4) awarding respondent attorney fees.
