PER CURIAM.

Defendant Lillian Roberts LeBlanc appeals as of right, arguing that the trial court erred in finding that plaintiffs' claim against LeBlanc was not barred by the statute of limitations. Plaintiffs cross-appeal regarding the amount of damages awarded to them following a bench trial on their claim of fraud and misrepresentation.
