The defendant was charged with Attempting to Obtain a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Seconal) by Misrepresentation, in violation of N.J.S.A. 24:21-24a and 24:21-22a(3), and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Cocaine), in violation of N.J.S.A. 24:21-20a(1).
