The Attorney Grievance Commission ("Commission"), acting through Bar Counsel, filed a petition seeking disciplinary action against the respondent Alan Edgar Harris. The petition alleged that Harris violated certain disciplinary rules in his representation of three unrelated clients, Delores Green, Grady Jacks, Sr., and Anthony Jeter.
