Defendants Bryan Lee Duncan and Marlene Marie Duncan were charged by trial information in four counts with delivery of an imitation controlled substance and with advertisement to promote distribution of an imitation controlled substance in violation of Iowa Code sections 204A.4(1), (2) and (3) (1985).
