Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

On April 24, 1984, at approximately 8:45 P.M., the defendant and codefendant Frederick Miller forcibly took, at gunpoint, a radio from Luis Ortiz and two other persons standing in front of 233 Sands Street in Brooklyn. During the robbery, Ortiz rushed Miller, who then shot and killed Ortiz. Maurice Fitzgerald, who heard a shot emanate from the front of 233 Sands Street, observed the defendant, whom he called "Monse", running...
