Central National Insurance Company of Omaha appeals from a summary judgment dismissing its cross-claim for contribution against Martha Wing and her insurer, the Commercial Union Insurance Company. The plaintiff, Michael Colip, was injured while swimming at a quarry in Rock County. Wing is the owner of a parcel of land abutting the quarry pond in the area where the injury occurred.
