PER CURIAM.

Defendant was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520c(1)(b); MSA 28.788(3)(1)(b), following a jury trial and was sentenced on December 17, 1985, to five to fifteen years imprisonment. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence as of right. We affirm.
