KLEINSCHMIDT, Judge.

Ervin Duane Willcoxson was charged with one count of burglary and one count of sexual assault. The matter was tried to a jury, which found him guilty as charged. The court sentenced him to the presumptive terms of five and seven years, respectively, to run concurrently.
