Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company sought a declaration of its rights and obligations under two automobile insurance policies in which Rodney Knight was a named insured. The case arose from an incident in which Knight was injured while riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by Preston Andrew Stewart and owned by Stewart's father. Knight and his mother, Blanche M. Page, brought suit against the Stewarts to recover damages for Knight...
