Anderson appeals his convictions of rape and burglary. Held:

1. The trial court did not err in denying the appellant's motion for a directed verdict of acquittal. The victim testified that on the night in question she had awakened in her bedroom to find a man on top of her, choking her and having sexual intercourse with her. The bed was positioned next to a window, through which a street light provided sufficient illumination...
