On July 25, 1986, defendant's guilty plea to attempted delivery of marijuana, MCL 333.7401(2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(c), was accepted. He was subsequently sentenced to one year in the county jail with work release approved. Defendant appeals from his conviction. We affirm.
