Plaintiff-appellant Willow Creek Leasing, Inc. (Willow Creek) appeals from the trial court's denial of its request for an award of attorney's fees against defendant-appellee Warren Steele (Steele) and the denial of its request for an award of costs against defendants-appellees Steele, James R.
