ORDER

CASTAGNA, District Judge.

Philip J. Gouze, Esquire, appeals to this Court from an order of the bankruptcy court which found him in contempt for violating the automatic stay provision of the bankruptcy code, 11 U.S.C. § 362. For the reasons discussed below, the Court finds that the decision of the bankruptcy court must be reversed.
