OPINION

Northside Hay Mill & Trading Company (Northside) appeals from an adverse summary judgment awarding Arizona Farmers Production Credit Association (PCA) damages of $140,986 for Northside's conversion of cattle. PCA cross-appeals from the denial of its request for attorneys' fees because the trial court decided its claim did not arise out of a contract dispute.
