In this action we consider whether Code of Civil Procedure section 10131 extends the time for filing actions under Business and Professions Code section 6204.2 We conclude section 1013 does not extend the time for filing section 6204 actions, but Code of Civil Procedure section 473 may excuse untimely filings...
