Farmers Insurance Exchange appeals a judgment requiring it to pay $28,683.53 damages which the Balks sustained because of Karla Daentl's negligent operation of an automobile owned by Joseph Roberts. Kyle Balk was injured while a passenger in the automobile. Daenti was found by a jury to have been 55% negligent while Roberts was found 45% negligent for entrusting the operation of the car to her.
