The defendant is appealing from a judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of the crime of sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70. The defendant claims that the trial court erred in failing to suppress an out-of-court identification and in admitting evidence of the defendant's flight from the police.
