The plaintiff is appealing from the judgment rendered by the trial court after a jury returned a defendant's verdict. The plaintiff, in a broad-based attack upon the conduct of the trial judge, claims that the court erred (1) in improperly allowing the defendant to attack the credibility of the plaintiff by suggesting she had committed welfare fraud and then in giving a curative instruction specifically intended to lend credence to the accusation, (2...
