Petitioner Marlene Johnson, the mother and guardian ad litem of Michael G. Russell, a minor, appeals from a summary judgment dismissing her personal injury action against respondents Harry and Troyce Schafer. We reverse the summary judgment and remand this case for a trial on the merits.
