Their marital domicile until separation was at all times on the Colorado River Indian Tribes reservation located within La Paz County, Arizona. Petitioner is a member of the Colorado River Indian Tribes and respondent is a non-Indian. Respondent filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in La Paz County...
