The Funeral Directors Examining Board revoked Phillip Doersching's licenses as a funeral director and embalmer for having badly botched a funeral. More specifically, the board concluded he was guilty of gross negligence, outrageous conduct and failure to provide a disclosure agreement before performing services, contrary to the board's published rules and sec. 445.13, Stats. The circuit court reversed the revocation and remanded the matter to the board...
