This appeal from judgment of sentence follows Gary Lynn Brozik's convictions by jury of homicide by vehicle, homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, failure to report accident to police, reckless driving, failure to drive vehicle at safe speed and driving without a license. Following the denial of post-verdict motions, the court sentenced appellant to three and one-half to seven years...
