David Leland Geer appeals from an order denying his petition for post-conviction relief. Geer was convicted of kidnapping in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.25 (1986), and second degree assault in violation of Minn. Stat. § 609.222 (1986). He claims his Fourth Amendment rights were violated by the admission of evidence obtained without a warrant. Additionally, he contends there was insufficient evidence to support the jury...
