On August 2, 1985, plaintiff's, Janice H. Lynn and her husband Luther C. Lynn, filed a complaint in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas against defendants, Allied Corporation and Duane Crockrom. Defendants filed an answer on October 28, 1985. On December 11, 1985, plaintiffs filed a motion and memorandum to file an amended complaint and a proposed amended complaint. Defendants filed an answer to the amended complaint on December 19, 1985.
