Plaintiff James and Beatrice Hinman brought this action against defendants Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and Dougherty County Farm Bureau alleging breach of a contract of insurance. Defendant farm bureau moved for summary judgment, which was denied, and this interlocutory appeal followed. The case against defendant insurance company remains pending below. Held:
