Plaintiffs appeal as of right from a Wayne Circuit Court order which granted defendants' motions for summary disposition of plaintiffs' negligence action pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8) and (10). Plaintiffs Albert and Rosa Rodriguez are guardians of the minor son of the principal plaintiff, Ynderso Rodriguez, and are joined in this suit based on the child's loss of companionship of his father.
