ORDER

On 29 June 1987 defendants filed a motion for appropriate relief in this Court. The motion was accompanied by affidavits suggesting that the victim would now testify that she gave false testimony against defendants when called to testify as a witness at the trial of this case. Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 15A-1418(b), the case is remanded to the Superior Court, Alamance County for an evidentiary hearing and findings and conclusions on the matters raised in the motion...
