Per Curiam.

The Supreme Court has held that Suffolk County Charter § C3-10, pursuant to which a designated Deputy County Executive may succeed to the office of County Executive in the event of a vacancy in that office, is unconstitutional. We find that this holding is completely unfounded, and, accordingly, we reverse.
