This appeal is from a judgment of dismissal entered against appellant Mangan on his claim of negligence and defamation against respondent Dr. Cline, a psychiatric consultant to the Army. The trial court ruled the suit was barred by the doctrine of intramilitary immunity announced in Feres v. United States, 340 U.S. 135, 71 S.Ct. 153, 95 L.Ed. 152 (1950).
