MORGAN, Justice.

Defendant Randy Winters (Winters) appeals from his conviction of first-degree rape by the trial court. We affirm.

Winters was tried and convicted of first-degree rape stemming from an incident that occurred at Wall Lake, South Dakota, on August 8, 1985.
