On June 1, 1979, Eugene Mancini purchased the residence known as 515 Parkside Drive, Akron, Ohio, from the Goricks, who resided in the home. William Gorick was the architect and general contractor of the house when it was built in 1955, and informed the Mancinis of this fact...
