SPALLONE, J.

The defendant is appealing from a judgment of conviction, after a jury trial, of the crime of robbery in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-134 (a) (4). The defendant's sole claim of error is that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the identification evidence. We find no error.
