This appeal is from a judgment of conviction of two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct. Appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence, as well as evidentiary rulings. Appellant claims, and the State agrees, that one of the convictions and accompanying sentence must be vacated under Minn.Stat. § 609.04 (1986).
