PER CURIAM.

The Wayne County Prosecutor appeals as of right from the lower court's dismissal of manslaughter charges against defendant for violation of the 180-day rule, MCL 780.131 et seq.; MSA 28.969(1) et seq. Defendant was originally charged with the offense in 1981, but, in May, 1982, the lower court judge dismissed the case for violation of the 180-day rule. The prosecution appealed, and this Court, in three separate concurring opinions, reversed...
