This action was brought by Robert M. Travis and his business partner against Washington Horse Breeders Association, Inc., and Northwest Farms to rescind the sale of a racehorse. The case was tried before a jury, and resulted in a verdict in Travis' favor of $25,000 for recovery damages, $14,010 incidental damages, $11,480 prejudgment interest, $1,939 post-verdict incidental damages, $2,000 Consumer Protection...
