The trial court denied a petition for a writ of habeas corpus alleging unlawful revocation of probation. From that decision, the petitioner appeals, claiming (1) that the trial court erred in not suppressing the only evidence linking the petitioner to an apparent violation of his probation, (2) that the trial court erred in failing to grant the appellant's motion for judgment, (3) that the trial court erred in finding that the petitioner was in violation...
