PER CURIAM.

In this divorce action, defendant, David J. Hall, appeals by right from the trial court's order denying his petition to set aside or modify the property settlement agreement incorporated in the judgment of divorce.

In his petition, defendant alternatively requested modification of his alimony obligations, which were also set out in the agreement. Defendant's first claim of error is that the trial court improperly refused to modify the alimony obligations...
