Wesley Haskins appeals from a judgment of conviction for burglary as a habitual offender in violation of secs. 943.10 and 939.62, Stats. He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion for a new trial based upon alleged ineffective assistance of trial counsel. In addition, Haskins appeals his sentence, claiming it is excessive in violation of his constitutional rights.
