The appellant, Stephen Macomber, appeals his jury convictions of four counts of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427) and one count of aggravated battery (K.S.A. 21-3414). The convictions are the result of the robbery of a Wendy's restaurant on East Central; two robberies of a Pizza Hut on East Central; and the robbery of Godfather's Pizza on East Harry; all in Wichita.
