Ordered that the decree is modified, on the law, by deleting the first and fourth decretal paragraphs thereof; as so modified, the decree is affirmed, with costs to the respondent payable by the appellant.

We agree with the proponent's contentions that the uncontradicted testimony of the subscribing witnesses with regard to the execution of the will sufficed to establish compliance with the statutory requirements of due execution (see, EPTL 3-2.1;
