Julia M. Hill appeals her conviction for vehicular assault.

Shortly before midnight on May 31, 1985, Ms. Hill was unlawfully driving her automobile north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 82 just south of Union Gap. At the same time, Nolan Harkness was driving his Toyota south in the southbound lanes with his fiancee Carla Gardinier as a passenger. The two cars collided head...
