Upon this appeal, appellants, Landis Office Center and its insurer, International Insurance Co., ask us to reverse a judgment of the Circuit Court for Allegany County (Leasure, J.). That court found that appellee had suffered a compensable accidental injury during the course of his employment. Specifically, appellants claim that the evidence was insufficient to generate a jury issue, and therefore their motions for judgment and judgment notwithstanding...
