Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(a); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(a). Sentenced to concurrent prison terms of thirty-five to seventy years, defendant now appeals as of right. We affirm.

The prosecution's evidence at trial established that the victim of the offense was a nine-year-old girl. During the evening of the offense, defendant had been at the Happy Hour Bar...
